Lead with Light: Dinner at Wild by Tart

A People Flow dinner and panel focused on looking at the future of Inclusion, how to build bravery and resilience, supporting the HR community to lead with confidence and purpose.

Held at the beautiful Wild by Tart in Belgravia, Lead with Light brought together our community of People leaders for an evening of meaningful connection and conversation. Centred on the themes of courage and inclusion, the night opened with a thought-provoking panel featuring entrepreneur Lottie Whyte, Founder of MyoMaster; Ashley Marshall, Founder of The Marshall Collective; Martin Houghton-Brown, Secretary General of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation; and Louise Van Haarst, Leadership & Performance Coach and Co-Founder of The Power House.

Guests then enjoyed a dinner of seasonal sharing plates, read their numerology chart and the conversations flowed. CPOs and People professionals from across the luxury, fashion and creative industries shared ideas, stories and wisdom and many connections and business opportunities were created.

It was an evening that celebrated authenticity, resilience and the collective strength of our community.
