Lead With Love: Penthouse Panel

Hosted in the Penthouse at Mortimer House, Lead with Love brought together People leaders from across luxury, fashion, and hospitality for an elevated evening of connection and conversation.

The night began with a quick wellbeing check in then straight into our Panel dissecting what it is to be truly strategic in HR how to create leadership buy-in and what is the future operating model with AI shaping work across our profession. The panel featured AMAZING senior HR Leaders from Chanel, Kantar Media and Caravan Restaurants and it was packed with wisdom, insights and jaw dropping moments.

A fireside chat with People Flow’s Founder, Abigail Wilmore and the CPO of two of the busiest NHS Trusts revealed what goes on behind the role of CPO and it was a breathtakingly rich with real stories and side splitting observations.

Then because all of our events are centred in collective wellbeing we had a revolutionary high vibrational immersive sound experience that got everyone centred, uplifted and in the groove with DJ Fen and Tijen Omer of White Aura Healing.

It set the tone for the rest of the evening that flowed into cocktails, music and meaningful conversation - a celebration of purpose, people and leadership with heart.
