Our first international People Flow event, hosted in Paris, this intimate breakfast was created as a moment of pause for those whose roles are centred on caring for others. Bringing together HR and People leaders from across the fashion, beauty and creative industries, the morning was designed around connection, reflection and sustainable leadership.

Guests gathered over coffee and breakfast before beginning with a grounding wellbeing moment - an invitation to slow down, reset and arrive fully. This flowed into an open and thoughtful panel conversation with Raffaella Loncao, Chief People Officer at Boucheron and Céile Lajoux, Group Chief People Officer of The Independents, exploring the emotional labour of HR, boundaries, burnout and how we can better support ourselves while supporting organisations at scale.

The discussion was generous, honest and deeply resonant, with shared stories, practical insights and moments of collective recognition - a reminder that behind every People role is a human first.
