The Human Behind HR: The Launch of PF Community

An evening of revolutionary insights from top industry leaders on the importance of wellness for us - the humans behind HR.

Hosted at Soho House, 180 Strand, The Human Behind HR marked the official launch of the People Flow Community and set the tone for everything that followed. The evening began with a restorative sound bath led by Katie Wolf, grounding guests before a powerful panel conversation featuring senior leaders from Burberry, LVMH and other world-renowned brands. Together, we explored the importance of emotional intelligence, self-care and the evolving expectations of HR.

Guests were also introduced to People Flow’s HR Superpowers framework - a fresh way to define and celebrate the real impact of HR beyond traditional disciplines. It was an inspiring evening filled with connection, conversation and the first opportunity to meet our incredible HR network - the beginning of what has become the People Flow community today.
