Casablanca Paris, a luxury fashion house backed by private investors, is a fast scaling brand with a global GenZ following, opening flagship stores in key cities, such as LA and Paris and with pop ups in St Tropez, Ibiza and Miami. Casablanca partners with People Flow to focus on profitability and prepare for sale through shaping a people strategy that drives towards its global ambitions.
As the Fractional CPO, Abigail and People Flow provide weekly strategic support and advisory to the HR Team, the CEO and leadership team, across all people, culture and talent priorities. This included a full HR audit and redesign of systems and processes, organisation design, development and roll-out of a new global bonus scheme and Exec retention strategy, hiring key leadership talent and up-skilling managers and leaders through a series of development experiences.

Shelter, a leading charity tackling the housing emergency, partnered with People Flow to design and deliver an 18-month succession planning and leadership development programme focused on accelerating the progression of underrepresented talent into senior roles.
Working closely with the executive team, trustees, and over 180 colleagues across the organisation, we co-designed a bespoke approach to succession planning - one that centred on inclusion, transparency, and opportunity. Together, we identified the critical leadership capabilities needed for Shelter’s future and created practical frameworks to support growth from within.
Through a series of engaging workshops, leadership labs, and tailored development tools, we built confidence, readiness, and visibility among emerging leaders while equipping managers to champion diverse talent progression.
The result is a systemic, organisation-wide model for succession planning that strengthens internal capability, creates equitable pathways to leadership, and ensures a more sustainable and representative future for Shelter’s people and mission.
Partnering with the CEO and global leadership team, Abigail defined and delivered a people strategy that embedded Stella McCartney’s values of sustainability, ethics, and creativity into every aspect of its culture. Leading a global team of 30 and supporting over 1,300 employees worldwide, she positioned People & Culture as a strategic driver of performance and purpose.
Key achievements included guiding the organisation through its transition from Kering to LVMH, introducing people analytics to inform decisions and drive efficiency, and redesigning the organisation while increasing engagement and wellbeing.
Under her leadership, the brand launched its first global People framework, including new values, leadership principles, and equal paid parental leave, and built a learning culture through the Conscious Leadership programme and annual leadership summits with partners such as Google, Dyson, and Tesla. The result was a more connected, inclusive, and high-performing organisation that reflected the innovative and pioneering values of the Stella McCartney brand.
At Dr. Barbara Sturm, Abigail served as Global Chief People Officer during a pivotal phase of the brand’s international growth and professionalisation. Partnering closely with the Founder and CEO, she helped strengthen the organisation’s leadership capability, operational structure, and cultural alignment to support rapid global expansion.
A key milestone was a three-day Executive Leadership offsite in Düsseldorf, designed and facilitated by Abigail and one of our incredible Performance & Executive Coaches, which redefined how the leadership team worked together. Through a blend of strategic alignment, leadership coaching, and facilitated dialogue, the team clarified priorities, rebuilt trust, and established clear accountability frameworks across functions.
The outcome was a more commercially focused, performance-driven culture, with leaders aligned on growth goals and equipped to deliver against them. Collaboration improved across markets, and leadership visibility and communication became stronger, helping the brand navigate its next stage of scale with confidence and cohesion.
This work helped evolve Dr. Barbara Sturm from a fast-growing founder-led business into a globally structured, values-led organisation — uniting creativity, science, and commerce through stronger people strategy and leadership effectiveness.
Acrylicize’s multidisciplinary team of artists, designers, project managers and brand experts create work that amplifies identity, celebrates culture, and connects people to place. People Flow has been engaged to work with the Co-Founders and Leaders offering a blend of executive coaching and Leadership Development to take their Agency to the next level.
We have designed a series of workshops for their Managers and Senior Leaders to build and develop management and leadership skills in a culture of psychological safety. Acrylicize has the most engaging and thoughtful workplace environment and a culture to match, so our workshop sessions focus on communication and how to have meaningful and sometimes tough conversations that enable creative innovation whilst getting the messages across.
Birley Clubs, known for its exclusive private members' clubs and celebrated artisan bakery, partnered with us to strengthen their people strategy and shake up the more traditional HR team and services. They want to be ready for scaling with expansion plans into the USA and UAE they wanted to revolutionise their people & culture strategy.
Our collaboration began with close advisory support to the C-Suite and the Global HRD, to shape a people-first vision aligned with the brand’s elevated exclusive service philosophy. We gained insight into their current capabilities, culture, and ambitions. Working closely with the people team to guide and coach, we provided practical tools and frameworks.
We advised on organisation design, leadership development, and culture framing establishing a solid foundation for sustainable growth and elevating the employee experience embedding a modern, aspirational people strategy that truly aligned with their vision as a world-class luxury hospitality brand.
People Flow partnered with the LVMH Fashion Group HR Team in the UK to design and deliver a series of bespoke “Future of HR” workshops for the Shared Services HR team supporting the Group’s luxury fashion Maisons. The focus: to build confidence, influence, and personal brand in a fast-evolving global landscape.
Through immersive sessions blending coaching, reflection, and peer dialogue, participants explored how to expand their strategic presence, strengthen leadership identity, and communicate with greater impact across complex stakeholder groups. The programme deepened self-awareness and reinforced the critical role HR plays as a creative, commercial, and cultural force within luxury.
The result was a stronger, more connected HR shared service team who gained skills in influence and confidence.
People Flow partnered with LYMA, the pioneering wellness and technology brand, to support its next phase of growth by strengthening its senior leadership and People capability.
Through a series of targeted search and selection projects, we recruited several key hires across HR and executive leadership - bringing in the experience, strategic mindset, and cultural alignment needed to scale a fast-growing, high-performance business.
Our approach combined deep industry insight with LYMA’s unique brand DNA, ensuring every appointment not only advanced capability but also reinforced the brand’s reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity.
People Flow partnered with PUIG, the global fashion and beauty group, to deliver a detailed Luxury Brand Study focused on the rise of leather goods and the strategies behind the fashion brands leading the market today and the talent strategies to deliver high growth and consumer following.
We also delivered The Strategic Edge for People Teams for the Group's HR leaders across the brands inspiring confidence, strategic positioning and strategic communication skills. The result was HR leaders ready to step out of the operational and into their strategic power.
People Flow are partnering with Killstar, as the brand is preparing for sale with rapid expansion and a period of realignment. We kicked off our collaboration with a Leadership off-site, utilising Abigail’s Team Coaching approach and the team diagnostic of Creating The Team Edge, bringing alignment around the new vision and what was expected from each leader to deliver the strategic priorities.
We then introduced a Coach in Residence model that offers a blend of strategic advisory, executive coaching and leadership development experiences, focussing on the critical capabilities needed to drive the strategic plan.
At Safiyaa, we’ve partnered directly with the Founder to strengthen both leadership capability and organisational foundations as the brand scales. Our work began with strategic advisory and coaching for senior leaders, enabling greater clarity, alignment, and accountability across the team.
Building on this, we designed and supported the launch of Safiyaa’s first dedicated People function, creating the tools, systems, and frameworks needed to drive performance and engagement. From refining role structures and onboarding processes to shaping internal communication and leadership skills our collaboration helped the brand build a more connected, efficient, and empowered culture.
